Golfers In Action At NWC
Stanley’s varsity golfers were in action at the Northwest Conference meet in New Town on Thursday, Sept. 11. Originally scheduled for September 4, it was postponed due to weather.
DLB took home first place as a team with a score of 329, followed by Kenmare/Bowbells with 370, Williams County with 374 and Stanley with 418.
Individually, Laila Christianson of DLB was first with a score of 73, followed by Lauryn Christianson of DLB with 81, McKenna Mau of K/B with 81, Ava Wallin of Williams County with 85, Ella Pearson of DLB with 85, Ava Walen of DLB with 90, Brooke Livingston of K/B with 91, Isabelle Schulte of Williams County with 94, Emma Sandberg of K/B with 97 and Autumn Bloms of Williams County with 97.
Stanley’s Brooklyn Weyrauch was 12th with a score of 101; Zaelynn Aune, 15th with 102; Jackelyne Hernandez, 20th with 107; Mya Mortensen, 21st with 108; and Trinity Hynek, 32nd with 132.
