Track Season Gets Underway
The Stanley Blue Jays got their track season underway last week with the NWC Indoor Meet at the Williston Arc on Tuesday, Mar. 24. The team had also hosted a scrimmage meet at the Arc the week before, but scores are not recorded at scrimmage meets.
On the girls’ side, Nedrose was first with 83 team points, followed by Stanley with 68, DLB/L&C with 63, Divide County with 49 and Surrey rounding out the top five with 48. New Town was seventh with 40 points and Parshall was tenth with 23.
On the boys’ side, Stanley was first with 93.5 team points, followed by New Town with 92, DLB/L&C with 88.5, Powers Lake-Burke Central with 58 and Williams County rounding out the top five with 56. Parshall was sixth with 30 points.
