Golfing For A Cause
A group of current and former Stanley residents can always be found at Trinity Health Foundation’s building hope women’s golf tournament. This year’s tournament was held on Monday, June 9 at the Souris Valley Golf Course.
The theme this year was “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.” Prizes were awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, last place, longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin. A prize was also awarded for the best-decorated golf cart.
Proceeds this year will be used to support the purchase of a cutting-edge 3D mammogram machine with biopsy capabilities, a vital advancement for breast care across our region.
Trinity Health’s Radiology Department provides critical care when it is needed most. With support, they can acquire the state-of-the-art Holistic 3Dimensions mammogram machine, enhancing their ability to detect breast cancer early and accurately, improving patient outcomes.
