The world got a little quieter and heaven a little louder on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, when Robert “Bobby” Kautt, 66, passed away in his home in Parshall. There will be a graveside service held on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the St. Bridget Catholic Cemetery in Parshall. There will be a celebration of the life of Bobby Kautt on Friday, October 27, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Parshall Fire Hall.
LaVon Grubb, 93, Minot, formerly of Powers Lake, died Saturday, October 14, 2023 in her home. Service to celebrate LaVon Grubb’s life was held on October 20, 2023 at Lake Assembly in Powers Lake. Casper Christ Volk, the son of Walter and Elizabeth (Merck) Volk was born on May 18, 1933, in Rugby. He died at the age of 90 years on October 19, 2023, in his home in Rugby. Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 24th at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with burial in the church cemetery.
Ralph Laverne Hayes, 93, Emmett, ID, born in Powers Lake, died Thursday, October 19, 2023.
Maynard Iverson, 85, Tioga, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at a Tioga hospital.
Matthew Mason, 88, New Town, was surrounded by his family when he died Thursday, October 19, 2023 at a Minot hospital. Wake was held on October 23, 2023, and the funeral was held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Northern Lights Wellness Center in New Town. Burial was held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, White Shield.
