Myree Layne Flanagan, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and dedicated member of her community, passed away on April 22, 2024, in Bluffton, South Carolina, at the age of 77. A memorial ceremony to celebrate Myree’s life will be held on May 3, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, located at 3080 Okatie Highway, Bluffton, SC 29910.
Mabel Ike peacefully passed away at the age of 96 on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Trinity Hospital surrounded by the love of her family. Mabel’s funeral was held on April 29, 2024 at Plaza First Lutheran Church in Plaza. Interment was at Rosehill Memorial Cemetery, Minot, ND. Visitation and a prayer service were held on Sunday, April 28, at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home in Minot. Memorials are preferred to Plaza First Lutheran Church (506 Main St, Plaza, ND 58771). LaVerne Carol Anne (Zelmar) Strid was born to Martin John and Cora Belle (Pepper) Zelmar on December 20, 1938, at Crosby, ND in Divide County. LaVerne’s funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church in McGregor, ND. Mike Olson will officiate. Visitation was held at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Tioga on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Burial will be in the Sharon Cemetery in McGregor, ND. Barbara Satterthwaite, 103, Minot, ND, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Trinity Homes in Minot. A graveside service will be held on May 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Riverview Cemetery in New Town, ND. A light lunch will be served following the graveside service at the Senior Center in New Town.
