Lonnie Dolney, 65, of Ross, ND (formerly of Sidney, MT), passed away peacefully with Heidi by his side on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at the Mountrail Bethel Home in Stanley, ND. At Lonnie’s request there will be no formal service, but a celebration of life service will be held on January 31, 2026, at the 5 Spot in Stanley, ND, starting at 4:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at a later date with his brother, Tim, in Sidney, MT. Steven “Jude” Jemtrud, 21, of Stanley, North Dakota, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota after a hard-fought battle for injuries sustained from an automobile accident. There will be a public visitation held at the Springan Stevenson Funeral Home in Stanley, North Dakota from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026, with a family service to follow and begin at 5:30 p.m. Steven "Jude’s" celebration of life service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Springan Stevenson Funeral Home in Stanley, North Dakota. Pastor Eric Bonness will officiate. Steven "Jude" will be laid to rest in the Fairview Cemetery in Stanley, North Dakota at a later date.
