Professional Basketball Coming To 4 Bears Casino & Lodge In 2026
Professional basketball is coming to 4 Bears Casino and Lodge. We’re proud to introduce The Roar, your new hometown team, joining The Basketball League (TBL) for the 2026 season. Fans can expect high-energy family fun, elite-level competition, and a whole new way for our community to rally together.
The Only Professional Basketball Team in North Dakota: “Our team at 4 Bears is very proud to add professional basketball to our long list of amenities for our guests, community and employees,” said Patrick Packineau, CEO of 4 Bears Casino and Lodge. “This will be the only professional basketball team in North Dakota and the fourth pro sports team in the US owned by a Native American tribe.”
The Roar will compete in The Basketball League; a professional league committed to bringing high-level play and community-focused programs to mid-sized markets across the country. The team’s inaugural season will run March through June 2026, with ten to fifteen home games at 4 Bears Event Center.
